What is this initial screen message...
“The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization”
I cannot even get to the setup/about screens to get the serial number/password required to register the unit... brand new from MechanicsToolsWarehouse... anybody heard of them?
Any idea as to what is wrong? Bad or invalid SD card?
